  I strongly advise anyone considering Santa Lucia Townhomes to look elsewhere. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare, and management consistently fails to address legitimate concerns with any sense of urgency or professionalism. The living conditions are unacceptable. Within just a few months of moving in, I was forced to empty my entire kitchen so the unit could be sprayed for pests—a massive inconvenience that spoke volumes about the property’s sanitation standards. Furthermore, the common areas are poorly maintained and frequently have a terrible odor. The complex has allowed large-breed dogs (which is against the lease, and neither here nor there) yet fails to enforce any rules regarding cleanup, leaving the grounds in a disgusting state. Logistically, the property is a disaster. Parking is horrific. Despite being assigned a parking stall, I was barred from using it because management refused to provide a permit, citing that my vehicle was not fully registered under my name. This rigid, unhelpful stance forced me to deal with unnecessary parking struggles. Safety is another major concern, as there is frequent police activity within the complex, making it feel less like a home and more like a liability. To top it off, while they lure people in with "first month free" specials, they are predatory when you move out. Expect them to try to claim most of your security deposit for normal wear and tear or unsubstantiated charges. Management does not take resident concerns seriously and seems interested only in collecting rent. Save yourself the stress and find a property that actually values its tenants. FYI — I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews or points out flaws publicly. However, I have reached out to everyone from the local office to upper management and the District Manager, and they have utterly failed to provide an adequate response or any meaningful assistance. It is clear that resident concerns are not a priority here.

  Gesenia & Jennifer have bad customer service. They both make fun of residents ID pictures infront of other residents assuming they don't understand what they are talking about. They violate HIPPA by speaking about resident's business when they have other residents in the office. They discrimination some residents by giving them different treatment than others. Apartments are full of roaches, mold and termites. When maintenance repairs anything from an apartment they never picked up after themselves. They claimed they have a professional conpany cleaning apartments just so they won't give you your deposit when they have some random lady doing the cleaning. Gesenia claims you can't have more than 5 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment when she has a total of 7 people in her 2 bedroom apartment. Worst management ever.

  I’ve been living here since my daughter was born she’s about to turn 18 this November. I’ve never had issues with the apartment, they have improved a lot over the years. They always come and help me when I need it and never have a issue about it. They always have the apartments clean from the outside and it’s a safe community ! Never have a issue about worrying about my safety. Good environment to live in.

  I have lived here for 25+ years and i have loved the way these apartments have evolved over the years. The whole staff is always there whenever you need help or need any maintenance work done. If you have the chance to rent at these apartments i highly suggest you live here you won’t be disappointed!
