  Horrible management, bad maintenance staff and non existent communication. I departed a month ago, no communication and no return of my security deposit. I would avoid staying here and I would spend the extra $100-$200 a month to stay somewhere else. Just terrible service. If I could leave a “0”, I would.

  First week at Salinas Sunset my $1200 bicycle was stolen chained up 8' from my RV door. Watched our next door neighbor conduct drug sales all throughout the night and into the morning hours. Informed the manager about this and nothing was done. We have been waiting for two months for our deposit to be returned to us. No one answers the phone or returns phone calls. Check the Better Business Bureau before deciding to rent under Red Tail Properties they are not accredited and have over 50 complaints against them. Pool was out of order and the billing system is a mess. Trying to change us twice for utilities. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

  Websit offers cabins at a monthly rate. In person they only offer them 6 month lease minimum. Fine by me. Let a unit sit vacant. I'll take my money elsewhere
