They will never get good tenants if the red-haired lady does not have empathy when it comes to attending to people, clearly profiles people, and has a very bad attitude, the residents are the ones who pay their salary, she should be kinder and learn to treat the public if she plans to dedicate herself to this job

(I give 5 stars to 162) but all the other apartment numbers are 1-2 stars

It’s a beautiful community and the amenities are great. The price point is pretty high but we know that is out of our hands.
[1 bedroom/1 bathroom]$2500. Rent is debatable as it’s most likely based on being next to the highway. You can also walk the trails nearby, are close to gas stations, and maintenance does there job well when you have issue inside your apartment. But prices go up every single year, and some of the qualities does not. The parking situation is ridiculous — people take the reserved spot I pay for every month sometimes so it’s frustrating. On top of that, some people here have big boy toys like motorcycles covering parking for them daily, like they own it when it’s not an assigned parking? Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors depending who you live next to.
The pool and gym look nice, but there are issues too. I’ve literally seen teenagers smoking marijuana in the pool area, even after hours especially, and because staff isn’t around, they get away with it(spring/summer months). You can smell it from inside your apartment if your window is open.
Residents don’t pick up after their dogs, so the grass is basically a disgusting minefield. And for what they charge, you’d think they’d keep the property safer — but homeless people wander around the area all the time and make a mess at the dumpster getting recyclables.
Overall, it’s not worth the money they up charge yearly. We’re coming up to $2500 monthly starting 2026 for a one bedroom…
I moved in to Cypress Creek after moving back to Salinas. I enjoyed how easy it was to move in as I was stressing with finding an a place when moving back to my hometown.
I was highly disappointed during my move in, the place did not look even close to their model apartment. The kitchen cabinet looked horrible, and were falling off their hinges. But worst of all the walls were paper thin!
My first night stay, I heard my neighbors screaming and yearling at each other, you can hear everything clearly! The Domestic Violence continued throughout my stay here. If you’re ok with hearing your neighbors screaming at each other or your neighbors TV blasting all night, then this is the place for you.
Domestic violence, tweakers, and homeless were common in the apartment complex. I brought these concerns to management multiple times, but nothing was done about it.
About 3 months before my contract was over I received a noticed that if I wished to stay, my rent was going to go up $300 a month. I talked to management to see if they can help me renew my contract with my current rent rate, but I was told that they can not offer me my current rate. They told me that this apartment complex has an average of a 1 year stay and they seemed ok with this, they made it seem that they do not care for long term tenants.
All and all, this place gets a two star from me. There’s too much crime, tweakers, homeless, and sketchy people roaming the apartment complex. Also, parking sucks and the walls are paper thin. This place is great if you need somewhere to move in fast, and only need to live there for 1 year.
