  Honest and thorough review: Been here for the past year and here are some pros and cons so far. Pros: it’s only been around for a year so it is one of the newer communities. Can pay extra for a private, small garage like parking spot which is nice. It’s definitely a smaller community so it may not feel as overwhelming as living in a bigger community. The rooftop is pretty cool and can be a very good spot to host a get-together or even chill at. Maintenance has been great so far and work orders have been simple to navigate. Staff is friendly and can be helpful regarding questions and concerns. I mean it’s right across the street from Costco! Cons: near train tracks so you WILL hear the train multiple times throughout the day and even at night and even sleeping with earbuds it only drowns so much of the noise out. Some of the neighbors can be very loud and I’ve occasionally heard crying, and aggressive arguements. There is no security or squad car that roams around which there should be considering how expensive it is to live here and the area this complex is in. It’s not the best and you’ll see some sketchy people roaming around the perimeter every now and then. Not enough amenities considering how expensive it is to live here. The game room, lounging and work areas, corn hole and pool area are a nice touch but again, other apartment communities offer so much more at a similar price range. I have heard the fire alarms go off at least 6 times since I’ve been here and has been waking many residents up in the middle of the night. Parking can be a nightmare especially after 5pm and even on the weekends. You will get random cars parking in your space every now and then and to top it all off, not every resident here is guaranteed a covered, shaded parking which I find insane. A lot of the available spots are unshaded. You can definitely hear your neighbors regardless of the floor you are on. It’s been a nightmare trying to get Amazon packages delivered here. For some reason there doesn’t seem to be a problem with USPS, Fed ex and ups but with amazon it’s been bad. Unless deliveries happen during business hours, getting packages before and after business hours are tough and don’t always happen. This has just been my experience so far but it’s been alright so far. Definitely do your research.

  I moved here expecting a safe, livable environment, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property is located immediately next to railroad tracks, and trains blare their horns multiple times an hour throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The surrounding area also feels unsafe after dark, with significant activity nearby that made me uncomfortable coming and going. Inside the building, I experienced ongoing marijuana smoke entering my apartment from a neighboring unit. The smell became so pervasive that everything in my home and even my clothing smelled like marijuana. This began to affect my work, to the point that I was called into my manager’s office because I smelled strongly of smoke. In addition to the smoke, there were frequent loud disturbances from the same unit, including yelling and altercations that were clearly audible inside my apartment. During one incident, the resident used violent and threatening language in a common area, which caused me to fear for my personal safety. Management was informed of this incident. Despite acknowledging the situation, management advised that enforcement could take weeks or months. A penalty-free lease break was denied, and the only alternatives offered required me to pay additional fees or deposits to move units. Ultimately, the burden was placed on me to either pay to leave or continue living in an environment where I felt unsafe. Due to the ongoing smoke and safety concerns, I was embarrassed to bring anyone into my home and ultimately began staying elsewhere. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to visit the area at night, ask detailed questions about noise and safety, and understand how management handles serious tenant concerns before signing a lease.

  I moved into this apartment community last July and had an excellent experience from the very beginning. Relocating from Texas was very stressful, but Adriana and Isaiah made the entire process seamless. They were proactive, well-organized, and ensured that everything was prepared in advance of my move-in, which was especially appreciated since I arrived in Sacramento very late. Since moving in, Adriana and Isaiah have consistently been friendly, helpful, and transparent. They have always been approachable and responsive, which has made living here a positive and comfortable experience. I would also like to address comments in other reviews regarding the train honking late at night. This is not something the apartment community has control over and should not reflect negatively on the management or overall quality of the property. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience and greatly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the staff. I would recommend this community to anyone seeking a well-managed and welcoming place to live.
