  Besides Jason being incredible, they have had staff come and go repeatedly. They charge a valet trash fee of $35 even if you DO NOT use it, i left my trash out one day for the valet trash and it wasn't picked up. Gate is constantly broken. People drive like they're on the road, so watch your kids!

  Benito and Hendrix are two of the maint staff on site and genuinely care for the people they interact with. They were both professional and courteous, while also fully explaining the issue. Whilst there may be some variable experiences for others. So far my Experience at the Palms has been made all the better by the wonderful staff.

  I have reported the non operation of the back gate 3 weeks ago. Specially the gate on response rd. Yet it stays open which is a community safety hazard as it allows non residence access to enter from the rear entrance. Transients enter and go through community trash. Burglaries/vandalism happen to people's cars. As i have witnessed in recent weeks. I paid an extra $75 for the key card, only for it to be irrelevant. Please fix soon. Thank you.

  UPDATE: The new community director is now blaming me for the roaches that exist all over the the property while his own maintenance had to treat his apartment for roaches long before I moved into the complex and there are roaches running through the grass and walkways everywhere. He’s still refusing to transfer me or provide any alternative housing while treating the unit and won’t discuss issue with the portfolio manager either. First apartment had roaches transferred apartments. Now this unit has roaches and the new manager is refusing to transfer units knowing I have a medical condition that makes roaches a health risk.

  I’ve lived at The Palms Apartments for the past five years, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced the level of care and attention that I’ve seen over the last month. The new management team has truly made a noticeable difference, and it shows in both the community atmosphere and how residents are treated. I especially want to recognize Jeanell Grey—she genuinely listens and takes action. It’s rare to find someone who not only hears your concerns but follows through, and she absolutely does. Ryan has also gone out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met, which has made a huge impact on my experience here. Change can take time, but from what I’ve seen, this team is committed to improving the community in a real and meaningful way. I would encourage anyone considering The Palms to give it a chance—you can already see the positive momentum happening.
