  This place was nice But for the money I m going to pay for a two bedroom unit, I decided to invest my money and buy a property. So, I m buying a property instead. of renting to the tune of almost $3000. I wonder why people would not invest on buying a property instead of paying too much for rent.

  I recently toured The Mansion in Midtown Sacramento and had such a great experience thanks to Rikki! She went above and beyond—taking the time to show me multiple units so I could really get a feel for my options. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. What stood out most was how hard she worked to get me an amazing deal. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and future residents and wants them to feel confident and excited about their decision. The whole experience felt easy and stress-free because of her. If you’re considering The Mansion, definitely ask for Rikki—you’ll be in great hands!

  I recently moved into The Mansion Apartments and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ava was incredible during the initial stages; she gave me a fantastic tour and made the application process seamless and stress-free. There was no better way to be introduced to The Mansion than through Ava! On move-in day, Rikki was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel right at home immediately. The level of professionalism and genuine care from the team here is top-notch. Highly recommend!

  The Mansion is in a great location in walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and the midtown farmers market. The building is always clean and the amenities (especially the rooftop, pool, and gym) make this a great place to live. The staff (front desk and maintenance both) are also super helpful and responsive to resident concerns and needs. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in midtown.

  "I cannot recommend the management team here enough! From the moment I first toured the property to the day I got my keys, the staff has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Moving can be a stressful process, but they were so patient with all my questions and went above and beyond. A big thanks to Ava, Rikkilee and Jakob for all their help!
