  I've been there a year there's mold in my place they don't fix stuff on time and they charge you outrageous fees for stuff that should be already in your rent like trash water and sewer and you already paying light bill and gas bill and then they want to charge you heating bill which is ridiculous I can understand trash and sore but all this extra charges that they charging you no I'm not happy with the people in the office I'm not happy with none of the service that they do there which they don't really give you good service it's just a fluke

  Beware of the utilities fees, sewer charges are $65 per unit and not evenly divided based on the total residents per building. Fees are double what they were about 6 months.

  The staff may be friendly but they don’t really do much about issues with neighbors when I first moved here my neighbors played their music extremely loud 7 days a week, it took a while for anyone to do anything lived like that for almost two months. I was told different things to do by different staff members they finally stopped doing it everyday but everytime they play they music it’s loud loud which I don’t mind music but they play it to the extreme sometimes until early morning hours on top of the fact everyone smokes around me you smell it in the hallway and unfortunately in my house everyday. I just got to the point I don’t say anything because that’s something I addressed as well and it still happens. People be arguing in the middle of the night. The apartment was threw together for the price you pay, on top of the fact they lied about the pricing of the utilities I was told max 180 it’s almost 300 every month and it’s not based off your usage it’s the whole building tried addressing that no response they look nice but threw together and it’s a bit much for me. Their more focused on what the office looks like than the actual complex the people are nasty here even when trash isn’t full the throw it anywhere.
