  Unfortunately, absolutely just terrible customer service. We had a tour scheduled, arrived and nobody showed up for the tour. We tried calling, texting, leaving a voicemail to the number that is available and no response from anybody at all. We could not find the leasing office or get a hold of a person. We waited for 30 minutes. Quite unfortunate, we were excited to tour.

  If you want to experience THE BEST in customer service I suggest you start with the Angelino apartments in Sacramento,CA. Since they are the ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER ENDURED, going to them will provide you with total assurance that there’s no where to go BUT UP! In fact, I suggest the review platforms expand their rating scales to include NEGATIVE numbers. Not only were the Angelino apartment reps NOT HELPFUL, they are DRAINING! It took DAYS to get a return phone call and then I was IGNORED when I asked for a showing but wasn’t prepared to move in NEXT MONTH! Hello! Some people PLAN AHEAD!!!!🤬😡🤬

  Loved this place!!!! I only moved cause I bought a house. Safe , gated and private parking for residents. Convenient to Everything. Quiet at night! They take pets too!!!

  Good location but management seems to never fix the call box. Emailed them several times across multiple months. For a luxury apartment they can't seem to fix the only amenity they provide. Update 5/30/21: It has been a month since my initial email about an issue. They have not shown the courtesy to email me back yet, both to my initial and follow up email.

  Recently toured the Angelino with a family member and was very impressed with the location, layout, and furnishings. We viewed several 1 bed/1 bath lofts, including a beautiful corner unit with tons of daylight. The townhouses and larger apartments look out onto a picturesque, Mediterranean-inspired courtyard. The Angelino is close to many East Sac food offerings and amenities, so stop by for a look at some great apartments!
