When I moved in 2 years ago, management was hard to contact and the leasing office hours were not as advertised. I wasn’t able to get any work done on my unit or schedule an appointment for maintenance services.
Now that management has changed recently, I can honestly say I have felt the difference within the complex. Management is very attentive and actionable. I feel like me and my home are in good hands and that is a feeling I haven’t had the 2 years I have lived here.

HORRIBLE management. NICOLE is so rude and disrespectful it’s unbelievable. Bad attitude , rolls her eyes , tells you “ what do you want me to do about that?” When reporting noice or parking complaints. Maintence doesn’t fix anything. Roaches. SUPER HIGH utilities and they do not care at all. Horrible horrible staff. Under qualified and clearly have no real experience in property management. Same for joy. You have to call them for a week straight to get them to answer and when they do they are rude and don’t know anything you ask them. RUN!

I do NOT recommend living here. Before moving in they didn’t even do an in person walk through with us. They said if we see anything just email them. We took pictures and sent it to them but they don’t even respond. They didn’t even completely clean the house, we found some stuff from the previous tenants still inside the house. Door hinges were already broken, nails falling out, doors can’t even open all the way because of uneven flooring etc. Communication with the management team is horrible. They will never respond to emails or phone.
Our ceiling collapsed from water leaking from the ac unit as well as rat infestation at the same time. We emailed the property manager Mesha and she responded to our first message but any message afterwards were ignored. We went in person into the office to speak with them and they told me they will have someone come to fix the ceiling and have pest control come take care of the rats. Fast forward 3 months later after constantly requesting help from them we sent a formal letter to the HQ and the next morning Mesha finally responded. She was super responsive this time and even did a couple follow up emails when I didn’t respond in time. She finally got the maintenance crew to fix our ceiling and the pest control to come and put some mouse traps in the house. But We have small childrens all under the age of 7 and We took care of the rat infestation on our own since they were literally crawling over us when we sleep. We still had to pay for pest control even though we didn’t get the help we asked for. They will not refund it for us. The rats chewed our kids toys, our cables, couch, clothes, shoes and more. They threw us under the bus with this one and said it isn’t their problem.
We moved out already but if anyone is thinking about moving in here, make sure you bring your own traps and tools for the rats. We also had to pay for the damages that wasn’t caused by us (the damages we sent to them in the email before moving in.)
