  I’ve been thoroughly enjoying my stay at Shore Park. Apartments are conveniently located by the freeway. I love the easy access to the bike trail. It’s also nice to have multiple grocery stores within a 2 mile distance. Staff is always responsive and polite. All of my neighbors are extremely respectful. I couldn’t ask for a better complex to live in!

  I’ve lived here for just over four months and this place is incredible! The staff are friendly and sincerely helpful, and not just before you move in but they really care about the people that live here. They do amazing things, like have a coffee or food truck park all day at the complex in case you want to grab something hot to eat without cooking. They also offered us free Christmas wrapping during the holidays, so we could go to the clubhouse and they had all the materials (including paper) to wrap our gifts. Probably, the coolest thing was that I just had a couple small items in my apartment that needed attention and we used an app to request help. They scheduled the appointment quickly and the service/repair staff that were here just today were incredible! Nice, competent and friendly technicians that did a fabulous job. 😁 I’m loving it here!!! Raul R

  Shelby, Brittney, and Art are the best Staff in the game. I always appreciate seeing their happy faces. Highly recommend this location!

  I’ve had an outstanding experience at Shore Park. The staff are fantastic—especially Ryan and Fernando in maintenance. They’re fast, reliable, and consistently do excellent work. I’ve never had an issue with their repairs, and they’re always very responsive. Highly recommend.

  Brittany helped with our move in process and she was wonderful! She answered emails quickly and with lots of detail and was very kind! Very excited to live here!
