  Used to be nice. Now it’s just nothing but section 8 people here Nothing is enforced. People leave trash outside their units, have giant 50 pound+ dogs, smoke outside their units etc. Not to mention the roaches. Dear god this place is infested. There are like four kinds of roachs here. It should condemned. Worse they lie and say they spray but literally no one comes. There has never been a licensed pest control person ever on the property. They don’t want to have locked gates to keep sketchy people out - so crime is also an issue. It’s really frustrating the lack of care that goes into this place. It didn’t used to be like this. But it’s all about the Benjamin’s for CTL management

  Frustrated with lack of actual resolution to smoke coming into our HOME from downstairs indoor smoker. Now all of our belongings have a stench of smoke. My family has had a cough and sinus issues for over 4 months now. Consistently dealing with respiratory symptoms. Renters insurance company says it's a property management issue, but after complaining about this ongoing situation for past year and a 1/2, there's still no change. My daughter just walked our dogs this evening and informed me of a drug needle in her path that she was glad she saw in time to walk the dogs around it so they weren't injured by it. Literally sick of living here. Looking forward to when we will one day be able to return to living in a house. The parking here is horrible. You can't have a dent free car living here. Everyone's doors are dented, people park sideways and in the roadway along the red curbs EVERY weekend. Zero security patrol. Natomas living overall has declined drastically over the past 20 years. But apartment living here is literally hazardous to your health. Our family is proof of this statement. And the management could care less.

  This is such a beautiful place to live, there are many trees and they always have clean, if you have any problems with the apartment they solve quickly, I like it, and it is 100% recommended.

  We lived at River Pointe for almost three years. We chose it for the location, which is convenient to the freeway and near my graduate school. That was honestly the main positive. Our experience declined over time. The unit we toured did not reflect the condition of the unit we received. Management turnover was frequent, and communication and follow-through became inconsistent. Security was a concern during our residency. There were repeated vehicle break-ins in the complex, and Amazon lockers were often compromised. It did not feel like there was meaningful preventative action. In our final year, we had ongoing issues with downstairs neighbors, including smoke entering our unit and an uncomfortable incident involving a non-resident at our door. While management did respond, we did not feel the situation was meaningfully resolved. Ultimately, we chose to break our lease 6 months early because it no longer felt safe or comfortable. The location is convenient, but I would encourage prospective tenants to ask detailed questions and carefully consider whether the property meets their expectations.
