I’ve lived her for over 6 years, through several property managements. My only complaint is that management is impossible to get a hold of. Zero responsiveness unless you physically go into the office. However, Deandre is an absolute gem! So helpful, and goes above and beyond. Esmie, in maintenance is wonderful and fixes issues promptly. All of the maintenance crew is wonderful! Aside from superficial issues, like pressure washing needed more often, lack of parking.. etc. More office staff would alleviate the unresponsiveness in the leasing office.
Terrible thieving management team . They collect the highest deposit than any other apartment and never give you back. Even try to make up reasons to charge you more even when you give them back the apartment pristine and cleaner than they gave you after only a year. Should be sued!

I have been trying for days to reach management in regards to discrepancies with my refund on my deposit (being charged for blinds that was damaged when I moved in, and for cleaning the carpet that did not need special cleaning).
My lease ended 2/28/26. I called and spoke with DeAndre, and he was going to give my concern to management. As of today I have not had a call back. I’ve called, and left messages, many times since then and no one has returned my calls.
I would not recommend living in this apartment community. Recently, my friend’s car was stolen from inside the complex, and unfortunately this doesn’t feel surprising given the ongoing security issues here.
The main gate is constantly left open and never properly repaired, which makes the property easily accessible to anyone. Residents have raised concerns multiple times about fixing and securing the gate, but management does not take meaningful action. Instead of addressing the issue, the response we received was, “Hope you have insurance.” That was extremely disappointing to hear. As residents, we shouldn’t be expected to rely on insurance for everything just to feel safe where we live.
There are also ongoing issues with trash piling up in common areas, which reflects poorly on overall maintenance and management standards. It often feels like concerns are met with sympathy rather than real solutions.
If residents are expected to handle all the risk themselves, then what exactly is management doing to ensure safety and proper maintenance? Between cars being stolen and packages at risk of theft, this community does not feel secure.
For anyone considering moving here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if safety and proper management matter to you.
For over 11 months my daughters father has lived in his unit and found a serious amount of mold contamination in the walls, floors and it has damaged his clothes, bed frame and couches . He had placed multiple maintenance orders . He has sent emails and even contacted regional. Nobody has responded or come to transfer his apartment . My daughter has had multiple respiratory infections staying there . There has been no urgency from the office or regional . There has been pest issues unresolved and leakages . This property is horrible . The management Brittney brown is horrible and rude. They do not care about safety and health risk. Code enforcement needs to come out and check every apartment
