  The grounds are beautiful and staff is accommodating and professional. The maintenance team has a quick response time. I appreciate that cameras have been added and the property is generally pretty quiet.

  Larkspur Woods Apartments stands out as a beautifully maintained and thoughtfully managed community. Alex Santos is highly professional, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers excellent results. Mary, the Property Manager, leads with exceptional organization and a strong sense of excellence, while Alexus brings a warm, attentive, and supportive presence to the team. Overall, a truly well-run community with a refined standard of service.

  I lived at the Larkspur Woods Apartment for 18 months. All the office staff, including their amazing maintenance team, are so kind, respectful, and and patient. Together, they keep the property looking amazing inside and outside! My daughter, grandkids and I enjoyed so many things, but the hot chocolate, gym, beautiful swimming pool, cabana, BBQ grills, and family events offered by the Larkspur community go above and beyond expectations. If you have children or a furry baby, this is the place for you, with lots of walking & biking opportunities and the beautiful Manuel J. Bananas Park located across the street. I recommend living here.

  I have a very positive experience with Alexus who is part of the management team at Larkspur Woods Apartment Homes. She has been very friendly and responsive to my questions from the initial property tour and unit reviews to the document signing and move in. She has provided detailed and well presented property information and documentation of all the paperwork in a timely manner. She has provided to me excellent and caring customer service. I am very satisfied with the condition and cleanliness of the unit I leased at Larkspur Woods. Thanks to the entire property management team. Mark W.
