  The complex is generally good, but the location is not the most convenient. There are some issues with the office management: it’s difficult to get a response by email, and the deposit refund process took a long time.

  I moved here expecting a safe, livable environment, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property is located immediately next to railroad tracks, and trains blare their horns multiple times an hour throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The surrounding area also feels unsafe after dark, with significant activity nearby that made me uncomfortable coming and going. Inside the building, I experienced ongoing marijuana smoke entering my apartment from a neighboring unit. The smell became so pervasive that everything in my home and even my clothing smelled like marijuana. This began to affect my work, to the point that I was called into my manager’s office because I smelled strongly of smoke. In addition to the smoke, there were frequent loud disturbances from the same unit, including yelling and altercations that were clearly audible inside my apartment. During one incident, the resident used violent and threatening language in a common area, which caused me to fear for my personal safety. Management was informed of this incident. Despite acknowledging the situation, management advised that enforcement could take weeks or months. A penalty-free lease break was denied, and the only alternatives offered required me to pay additional fees or deposits to move units. Ultimately, the burden was placed on me to either pay to leave or continue living in an environment where I felt unsafe. Due to the ongoing smoke and safety concerns, I was embarrassed to bring anyone into my home and ultimately began staying elsewhere. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to visit the area at night, ask detailed questions about noise and safety, and understand how management handles serious tenant concerns before signing a lease.

  I moved into this apartment community last July and had an excellent experience from the very beginning. Relocating from Texas was very stressful, but Adriana and Isaiah made the entire process seamless. They were proactive, well-organized, and ensured that everything was prepared in advance of my move-in, which was especially appreciated since I arrived in Sacramento very late. Since moving in, Adriana and Isaiah have consistently been friendly, helpful, and transparent. They have always been approachable and responsive, which has made living here a positive and comfortable experience. I would also like to address comments in other reviews regarding the train honking late at night. This is not something the apartment community has control over and should not reflect negatively on the management or overall quality of the property. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience and greatly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the staff. I would recommend this community to anyone seeking a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

  As a Residence in this complex for 4 months All I can say is run away from here!!!! This place looks nice from the first place But this place is horrible! There is a train noises During the day and the night, It will wake you up at night, at least two times! The Material of the floor is very low quality, There is height difference between places on the floor. The Shower water or not hot And when you ask them to make the water hotter, they said this is the City Hall guidelines(Which is bullshit, I checked it) You're not allowed to host more than two people, And they will send you email about anything The only things they know is complain. I recommendation run away don't you ever sign in this shitty complex, At the moment I'll be able to leave. I'll do it Gladly!

  Enjoying all brand new amenities. There may be some flaws along the way, if you report it they make sure to assist and help you to sort things out. The management team are awesome. Adriana is the best community director, she has been there all through out our hard hat tour to move-in date. Alongside with her asst com dir Sydney and Isaiah. Our go to maintenance and hardworking Jerry! Thank you all for the hardwork. We appreciate you all. You helped us love our new home.
