  Extremely unhappy with the leasing employee at Zeta Apartments. The employee was rude and showed no interest in helping. Basic questions were brushed off, and the attitude was unprofessional. This experience alone made me reconsider leasing here. First impressions matter, and this was a bad one.

  Marsina was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. The gym is amazing with a wide variety of equipment and a clean, modern space that makes working out enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the facilities, and it really makes a difference.

  I recently toured the Zeta Apartments and was thoroughly impressed by both the property and the leasing team. Leasing Staff & Experience: My tour was conducted by Yemi, the property manager who was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire property, patiently answered all my specific questions about pet policy and followed up promptly with the application materials. I never felt rushed, and their professionalism made a huge difference in my decision-making process. The Unit & Finishes: I toured the 2-bedroom unit. The finishes are exactly what I look for in modern apartment living. The natural light pouring into the room was a huge selling point. Community Vibe & Amenities: The atmosphere around the building was lively and well-kept. The communal amenities appear top-notch, especially the pool area and dog park. Everything looked clean and actively maintained, which speaks volumes about the community management. Based on my tour, the quality of the units, and the outstanding customer service from the leasing office, I highly recommend checking out Zeta
