  Our family were absolutely thrilled to live at Woodlake Close Apartments! The management team, led by Amber and James, was truly exceptional. They were always responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure tenants' needs were met. Service requests were typically addressed within a week, and the team was proactive in maintaining and improving the complex. The pool and Jacuzzi areas were always sparkling clean, and the entire property was well-maintained and looked fantastic. What impressed me most was the team's dedication to keeping everything updated and looking professional. From the beautifully landscaped grounds to the modern amenities, Woodlake Close Apartments felt like a luxury living experience. Some of the standout features that made my experience even better included: - A secure gated community with 24/7 security, providing peace of mind and added safety - Covered parking for cars, which was a great convenience - A well-equipped gym to stay active and healthy - Occasional holiday events for residents, which helped build a sense of community and connection with neighbors If you were looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and beautiful place to call home, I highly recommend Woodlake Close Apartments. Amber and James were a fantastic team, and I felt lucky to have lived there!

  Very good apartments, convenient location, great management team! The apartments have had a bit of management turnover over the past few years, but Alan seems to have settled into the role and always takes care of everything! (and he's much more responsive than the previous manager) When the fridge died, we had a new one installed within a few hours. When the water heater stopped working, the contractor was troubleshooting it later that day. The only current issue I have is parking - each apt gets 1 assigned spot (regardless of # of bedrooms) and most of the spots are narrow. Additional cars have to be parked on the street outside of the complex.

  Decent and clean apartment. My roommate and I lived there in 2004. Our apartment was ground level and faced Royal Oaks Dr. We had strange unexplained activity that would happen in the apartment. Very spooky!!! Didn't experience anything like it after moving out. We even asked the manager if anyone ever reported strange things in there or if anyone died. She laughed and said no. I really wonder!
