  Idk how these apartments managed to keep 3.8 stars. I’ve lived here 6+ years but things started changing after 2021. It’s like they just let anybody in. It’s loud, apartment walls are getting thinner by the day. They don’t take complaints serious. Every time someone closes door/go on stairs it vibrates the apartment. I’ve been looking for the last two years but it’s difficult due to the market and rent so it’s like I feel trapped. I dread coming home and can’t even enjoy working from home because it’s not that peaceful here. Then people drag race up and down the street. Speeding. Seems like after the last two shootings (one fatal) within the last year random people walkthrough the apartments people that I know for a fact don’t live here. it’s like this property has some sort of “ratchet/demonic” welcome here vibe lol can’t wait until I’m out of this dump Oh and also, Ive had people park in my stall parking multiple times and all the apartment can do is put a 72 hour waning on the car. I called the company theyre contracted with and they stated they can’t tow because Woodbridge doesn’t want automatic towing and other towing companies won’t even tow because it’s considered private property and if apartment doesn’t allow for immediate towing they can’t do anything about it. So pretty much people can park in your spot as they please for up to 3 days and there’s nothing you can do about it and guest parking is normally full you dont have full assurance on your own parking spot smh shame

  Everyone in the office is great. They take care of all your apartment needs as soon as they can. You walk in the office, and they know you by name and remember what apartment number you are in. Thay ask how are your kids. Very friendly. Had a personal issue with a neighbor and told Ms. Lauren, it was late at night, she received my email and basically said she will handle it in the morning. The next day and so forth I haven't had that same problem. Living in a place where the office people have your back and care for you unconditionally, makes this place home for me. I wouldn't stay here longer if it wasn't for them always greeting me and making me feel warm and great. The maintenance men get the job done ASAP. It's crazy how fast and efficient they are. They walk if get the job done and they say alright see you next time. And you are like you're already done. If you don't live in these apartments, and you're looking for a home, or even just a place for a few months I would say come live here. And you might be like me. Only want to be here 6mo and stay here almost 2 years haha.
