He helped us every step of the way in finding and securing our commercial real estate lease for our non-profit learning center. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, patiently answered our many questions, handled negotiations smoothly, and responded to our emails promptly. Gonsalves & Son as we embarked on the possibility of moving our corporate office after 50 years in the same downtown Sacramento location. Given our tenure at our current location, moving was a very difficult and daunting consideration and I can say without David's, guidance and expertise we may not have moved.   David Khedry did a fantastic job getting our office building sold after we retired. Even with the high vacancy rate for office buildings post Covid, he diligently marketed our building so it really stood out from the rest. He got us a great price and we are very happy with his work. Great job David!

  I worked with Scott and Sean at Turton Real Estate to find the perfect location for a small business idea my sister and I had in mind. Their passion for the work they provide and their drive to build a sense of community within the Sacramento area was evident from the very beginning. I’d also like to point out how extremely patient and understanding they both were. We were looking to open up a float spa, and we were looking for a very specific type of building and location. The process of finding a location took almost eight months, but throughout all of it, they remained fully invested in making sure they were actively looking for the right property for us to lease. Ultimately, if you are looking to open up a small business or purchase/sell a commercial property around the Sacramento area, there is no other commercial real estate company I would go with other than Turton. Looking forward to working with hem in future projects, for sure!
