He helped us every step of the way in finding and securing our commercial real estate lease for our non-profit learning center. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, patiently answered our many questions, handled negotiations smoothly, and responded to our emails promptly.   David Khedry did a fantastic job getting our office building sold after we retired. Even with the high vacancy rate for office buildings post Covid, he diligently marketed our building so it really stood out from the rest. He got us a great price and we are very happy with his work. Great job David!

  I had a wonderful experience working with Kimio to sell my commercial property. He was meticulous in his preparations and very knowledgeable about the entire process which made me feel very at ease and comfortable undergoing such a complex transaction. The guidance that he gave around best practices in preparing to sell, pricing, and other business decisions was much appreciated.   I’ve worked with Patrick Stelmach and David Khedry at Turton and they’re both amazing. Patrick is always friendly and efficient - an absolute pleasure to work with. I was in need of a space pretty fast a couple years ago and Patrick delivered in record time and under budget. I’ve been working with David for the last year trying to find the perfect place to move my business to. I had a long checklist of items that need to be met and was willing to hold out until we found the right space. David has been so patient and kind - he helped me find the perfect place. He even sat down with my office-mates on a weekend and helped them feel more comfortable about moving to a space they were unsure about (I was on board but they weren’t yet) - like a real-estate therapist - way beyond the call of duty! Both Patrick and David have helped me navigate the market so professionally but also made me feel very at ease and supported. I would recommend them to anyone, first-time to experienced renters/buyers alike! Thanks guys!!

  These guys & gals know the commercial real estate market in the Sacramento area better than anyone else I've met. I've been fortunate to work with Jon Lang, John Mudgett, and Patrick Stelmach of Turton Commercial Real Estate on multiple occasions as a buyer and lessor. They are quick to point out potential pitfalls of a lease or property, even when that means they may not get a sale. I'm comfortable backing Turton CRE because they play the long game, always looking out for my best interests as a client.
