DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY DONT CARE AT ALL! I HAVE ROACHES AND RATS ALONG WITH BAD DEADLY MOLD I CONTACT THEM THEY DONT DO ANYTHING BUT SCRUB IT OFF & THEY ADVISE ME TO WIPE IT! THIS HOW IT GREW BACK AFTER THEY SCRUBBED IT!

The other negative reviews (and the legal solicitation about the class action lawsuit) are all true. Don't listen to people trained to argue in the replies. Woodlands makes their money through (1) predatory leases and (2) systematically under-maintaining every unit - except the ones they use for tours before quickly switching you to a different, worse unit once they have your holding deposit.

As of 2/14, I have not received my refund, and the leasing office has not responded to emails. Extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism.”
