Showed up to the complex and tried to get into the leasing office and was met at the door by a female saying “what’s up guys” in a short, curt tone. I said that I am a perspective resident and she said “o we are about to go to lunch, I was just locking up, we are headed out the door”. I said okay, and she said that they would be back in an hour. She was rude and there was no eye contact and we seemed to be more of a nuisance to them. Won’t be coming back. Customer service sucks!!
- RMros m6 days ago2.0I’ve been living here since the summer of 2024. I’ve seen high levels of homeless wandering around here in our trash bins and walkways. They were using a single water spigot. Managers cut off all water spigots on this side of the complex. Tenants on the side can still use theirs. From last winter until recently there was I rat infestation. I’m worried when discovery park drains if that problem will return. Theres been a high police presence lately. Up until recently maintenance was pretty prompt. A week or so to respond. But I’ve been without use of my bathroom sink now for over a month! All I get is done on is coming. I’ve written emails and phone calls to no avail. I’m so disappointed with the service lately. Complete and utter disrespect for the tenants.
- WWWhoJan 3, 20261.0would give no stars if it was an option. Moved here in october and its now january and my dryer has not been replaced even though ive asked multiple times and still nothing. Shitty management here do not come here if you want to live comfortably this place is absolute garbage.
- TDtasha DeanDec 14, 20251.0If I could rate this place -10 I really would. I woke up to a RAT in my cabinet over the oven. There’s a hole behind the vent. If that’s not bad enough, last week I put a maintenance request because my bathroom light started to stay on despite the switch being off (every website I check says this is an electrical emergency)…yet this apartment has yet to check it out and said not to worry. This is a poor place to live.

We left the apartment almost 5 months ago and did not receive our security deposit back. We always receive the same answer from them, they are checking with the accounting department and that’s all that they can do. Don’t move to this place, the manager never answer phone!!
