  Nora is the best property manager I ever had. She’s very patient. She works with the residence always very polite. Definitely will be Extending my lease!!

  Very rude!! Gets expensive but nothing gets better! For this price for 2-bd, you can rent a whole house in Roseville or Rocklin. Also this place became very dangerous especially at night, unfortunately

  I wish my experience here was better but I will be moving out at the next possible opportunity. Nora is rude and thinks she’s above answering emails. Newsflash! Every single person with a job has to answer their emails. You’ll get over it. I have never lived anywhere with such a lack of communication and transparency. Worst management team this complex has had the entire time that I have lived here and they’ve tried to upcharge me at every corner. Really wish this was a decent place to live but you don’t even get respect here let alone a professional response from anyone. Don’t ask them to fix anything either because they won’t fully. Most of the recent reviews have got to be paid for because there are other forums where folks talk about their experience with the new management, especially Nora, and none of them are this nice. This place has severely gone down hill and Nora needs to bring down the arrogance a little bit and be nice to the people who have to call this place home. It should not and does not have to be this frustrating. Just be an honest manager.

  Matt from maintenance is so awesome !!! My AC broke right after I moved in, and he went above and beyond to get it replaced. He kept me updated the whole time and made sure everything was working perfectly when it finally got repaired. I couldn’t thank him enough. Nora, the property manager, has also been great she’s super kind, always quick to respond ! Now, I will say the only downside of these apartments is the parking. There is literally no guest parking spots at all. If you have guest over the have to park in the neighborhood. Overall I really do love living here !

  I have been living here for about nine years. I love the management team and the maintenance crew here.. They are always on top of everything and they get the job done. Thank you, Nora and your maintenance crew.
