  Not a safe place for a family and management is by far the worst and most incompetent group of individuals I've ever met in my life. I implore you to go somewhere else that is not with AR management.

  I had a great experience with all the staff at the apartment complex. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. And I was completely satisfied with my visit. Thank you to everyone at the eleven hundreds.

  We have been living in this unit for nearly three months, and since the beginning of our tenancy, we have reported issues related to the laundry dryer, the heating system, and the closet. None of these issues have been resolved to date. We have now received three emails stating that the maintenance request was completed; however, this is incorrect. In none of these instances did any maintenance staff enter our unit or perform any work. Repeatedly marking this request as completed without completing any repairs is unacceptable

  I’ve been living in the 1100s for about five years, and things have gone downhill badly in the last couple of years. The property has been under remodeling, but the workers constantly leave trash, debris, and materials scattered through the hallways. The sidewalks are often dirty, even with fecal matter left out in plain view. On top of that, the safety here has completely fallen apart. There are constant shootings throughout the night, people hanging out in the back of the apartments, loud fights breaking out, and cars burning out in the parking lot. You can hear blaring music at two or three in the morning and kids running around the complex in the middle of the night. It’s loud, chaotic, and feels unsafe.
