  Unfortunately, absolutely just terrible customer service. We had a tour scheduled, arrived and nobody showed up for the tour. We tried calling, texting, leaving a voicemail to the number that is available and no response from anybody at all. We could not find the leasing office or get a hold of a person. We waited for 30 minutes. Quite unfortunate, we were excited to tour.

  If you want to experience THE BEST in customer service I suggest you start with the Angelino apartments in Sacramento,CA. Since they are the ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER ENDURED, going to them will provide you with total assurance that there’s no where to go BUT UP! In fact, I suggest the review platforms expand their rating scales to include NEGATIVE numbers. Not only were the Angelino apartment reps NOT HELPFUL, they are DRAINING! It took DAYS to get a return phone call and then I was IGNORED when I asked for a showing but wasn’t prepared to move in NEXT MONTH! Hello! Some people PLAN AHEAD!!!!🤬😡🤬

  As a tenant of this apartment community who moved in close to its opening in 2020, I was initially excited to move into facilities that seemed new and comfortable. However, I have come to believe that you are not getting the value of services, amenities, and access to basic professionalism from the management company do not merit the cost of these apartments relative to other houses for rent (with similar capacity) in the area. Although all tenants have complaints, the one that inspired me to write this review is that I have not been able to get in touch with the management company, FPI Management, for two weeks straight via multiple modes (email, text, and phone). This blatant and almost comical lack of communication, which also includes a < 50% 48-hour response rate to emails, is corroborated by other reviews and tenants. In addition, amenities that existed when we moved in (greenery, water fountain, and a working security gate) no longer exist or function, despite multiple attempts to give the company a chance to remediate. The facilities are new-ish and it has the potential to be a nice place to live if nothing goes wrong, but this has not been the case, and professionalism from the liaison at the management company is scant (the only bright spot being the maintenance manager). Had the communication from the management company not been absent, I would have rated this 3 stars. EDIT 4/30: communication has improved slightly with new management personnel. Some issues continue, such as broken gate hinge.

  Recently toured the Angelino with a family member and was very impressed with the location, layout, and furnishings. We viewed several 1 bed/1 bath lofts, including a beautiful corner unit with tons of daylight. The townhouses and larger apartments look out onto a picturesque, Mediterranean-inspired courtyard. The Angelino is close to many East Sac food offerings and amenities, so stop by for a look at some great apartments!
