    The management in this office is ridiculous and the sole reason I did not move forward with getting an apartment. They have plenty availability and I had a tour which was fine. However I was given different information about the unit I toured then what the application online was showing. I called the multiple numbers available for direct staff and the leasing office over the course of two weeks and never got a call back. I scheduled another appointment online to come in and get clarity, but the office was closed during my appointment time. Today I went back to the office again and before I could get in the door was met by an extremely rude leasing agent. I asked if there was an alternate number to get in touch with the agent who previously helped me and she explained that she deals with these things and she has had the flu and been dealing with a lot so the office has not been properly manned. She advised that they are low staff so they cannot answer the phones and get to every question. She shared that they do not have an actual leasing agent and most of the time people are not available. I asked if this was temporary or if they will be staffing the property. She then advised she’s the staff. She was very angry and very aggressive. She advised I come back to the office on another day and was ultimately extremely unprofessional. I really liked the floor plan of the apartments, but the lack of staff and professionalism in the office speaks volumes to what a lease there would be like.

    I'll change this if I can ever look at an apartment. Tried contacting staff for 2 weeks with little to no response. Scheduled a tour the first time And nobody was there. When I finally could get a hold of someone and they swore they would be here the following week it is the same situation. Only an incompetent business has open business hours where no one is Manning the stations and I am deeply disappointed given this looks like a home I wanted to live in.

    Well, adding to my review because I am unable to get this issue addressed. Property management is completely a disaster! You can almost never reach anyone in office and Goodluck calling them. They never pick your calls. It's been 2months since I moved and my deposit has not been returned. I have called and emailed and gone to the property and no one is ever there! I was informed my deposit would be returned within 21days and the last time I was able to speak with someone there, I was told she didn't know what was going on and told me to contact the owners! Living in that apartment was terrible most of the time. Pest/rodents invaded the complex. Took them 4yrs before they eventually did something concrete to reduce the infestation amongst other minor issues. This property is not what they portray it to be sorry. Looks great on the outside until move in. I am.hoping I can get a response back as all means to reach the owners has proven futile.
