Rent is way too high for the quality you're getting in the apartment, and service requests are completed months after you request them. The move out process was abysmal as well. I originally had 2 roommates but they moved out after 1 year and I renewed the lease. The office lost the new lease agreement, forced me to track down my old roommates, and have them sign the move out forms. After all was said and done, I got only $50 back on a $1500 deposit even though I hired a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment. Seriously, this should be your last resort.
