  This is such a beautiful place to live, there are many trees and they always have clean, if you have any problems with the apartment they solve quickly, I like it, and it is 100% recommended.

  We lived at River Pointe for almost three years. We chose it for the location, which is convenient to the freeway and near my graduate school. That was honestly the main positive. Our experience declined over time. The unit we toured did not reflect the condition of the unit we received. Management turnover was frequent, and communication and follow-through became inconsistent. Security was a concern during our residency. There were repeated vehicle break-ins in the complex, and Amazon lockers were often compromised. It did not feel like there was meaningful preventative action. In our final year, we had ongoing issues with downstairs neighbors, including smoke entering our unit and an uncomfortable incident involving a non-resident at our door. While management did respond, we did not feel the situation was meaningfully resolved. Ultimately, we chose to break our lease 6 months early because it no longer felt safe or comfortable. The location is convenient, but I would encourage prospective tenants to ask detailed questions and carefully consider whether the property meets their expectations.

  Terrible curb appeal. Certain dumpsters are always overflowing, trash under carports will stay until the wind blows it away, and my building has roaches according to the front office. However when I call to complain my upstairs neighbors has left the same bags of garbage on her front doorstep for three days nothing is done. 5 days into the bags being there I went in person reported my problem to the leasing office, the lovely lady there told me she would call my upstairs neighbors. It's now been 11 day, the same bags are still there and continue leaking liquid onto my welcome mat. NOW THAT IT IS RAINING THE DRIPPING IS WORSE. Thinking about starting a YouTube video counting how many days it stays there just for the laughs and documentation.

  Went to deliver Amazon package in locker room sign says open at 9 am went back again at 9:15 still locked went to office to ask to open the room waited 15 minutes nobody open it at the end have to cancel the delivery

  Beautiful apartment complex. Leona is the sweetest and very personable. She gave my fiance and I a tour of the complex and we loved it. We want to thank her for excellent customer service and amazing energy she gave. We felt very welcome. Thank you again !
