  Beautiful apartment complex. Leona is the sweetest and very personable. She gave my fiance and I a tour of the complex and we loved it. We want to thank her for excellent customer service and amazing energy she gave. We felt very welcome. Thank you again !

  This place is a dump, my kitchen has been falling apart ever since I lived here they painted and put in kitchen cabinets over rotten Wrigley cabinets falling apart. My mom’s apartment is just as bad it floods and have mildew. I have two sisters who live over here their apartments has flooded numerous times there has not been any upgrades. My mom‘s apartment is just as bad it floods and have mildew. I have two sisters who live over here their apartments has flooded numerous times there has not been any upgrades. My mom cannot even get a new stove or a new dishwasher and we have been living over here for 16 years and we get treated like crap. I hate this place as soon as I have my lease is up. I am really gonna try to get out of here. I wouldn’t recommend that you move here. It’s a dump. They paint over crap they don’t do any work. They don’t come when you put in work orders and they are not maintenance workers. I don’t know what you call them. There are a few nice people that are here just a few maybe two.

  Living here was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone! We had sewage back up into our bathtub, cockroaches, and a mold-infested dishwasher that never went away no matter how much we scrubbed. The so-called “security” is a joke!! My car had the wheels stolen off it (along with over a dozen other cars over a two-week period), and the office staff played dumb like they didn’t know anything about it. Stray cats run wild, spraying everywhere and fighting all night long. The maintenance crew is completely useless, never responding to emergencies and clearly having no idea what they’re doing when they finally show up. To make matters worse, every time it rained, water leaked inside and soaked the carpet, leaving us with moldy floors and walls. They seem to keep the A side of the apartments somewhat up to standard, but the B side is falling apart more and more every day. Old RVs and trailers are constantly parked on the road, making it feel even more run down. This complex is disgusting, unsafe, and run by people who don’t care at all. Do yourself a favor and run the other way!!
