We lived here for 3 years, and the way we were treated by management towards the end was unacceptable. We were quiet tenants who never caused any problems and always paid our rent on time, even paying more than what comparable units in the complex were going for. In return, we expected at least basic respect and support from management, but we got the opposite.
We constantly dealt with smoke entering our apartment that impacted both our health and comfort. (An issue we complained about for months) Despite reaching out many times and asking management to come into our unit, they never once did. Instead, they simply taped smoking policies to everyone’s doors, a meaningless gesture that did nothing to address the issue. Whenever I called, management was dismissive and at times outright rude, and they told me there was nothing they could do unless they physically saw someone smoking inside a unit. Can you live in a smoke-filled apartment? Because that’s what we were expected to do.
The truth came out when we received our turnover receipts: the carpet company had charged management for marijuana smoke odor removal. That confirmed exactly what we had been saying, that a neighboring unit was smoking inside and it was seeping into ours. This validated that we weren’t lying, yet our concerns were ignored the entire time.
After being good tenants for 3 years, we were basically pushed out of our home and forced to find somewhere else to live because management made the environment unsafe and unlivable. This management company is a joke. They clearly do not care about their residents’ health, safety, or comfort. If you’re considering moving here, read the lease carefully, especially the smoking policy, and think twice before signing.

READ BEFORE RENTING
Dont ever sign a lease before seeing the inside of where your renting. These women claim you can never see the interior because they have to clean and what excuse they can come up with. I was stupid and judged a book by its cover. The photos, landscape, exterior, and renting office all looks nice I took the chance of believing it would be worth the $1275 they charge every month. After the lease is signed I enter to find an apartment with most of the appliances not working, very out of date, things looking to break at any moment. Shame on the owners/property management company to charge the amount of money, renters insurance, ect for this piece of trash. If you want to charge people this rent, RENOVATE! These people will rob you of your money if you stay in these apartments. I expessed my concerns and refused to move and demanded out of my contract because as renters we have the rights to see/expect what we are paying for. Denise from the office is careless and the management should rethink her role representing this company. She disregarded my concerns as they werent big issues and has no understanding or care for her tenants. Anyone who wants to rent from here rethink this decision. There are many property management companies in Sacramento that will give you what you pay for. Now my husband and I have a 2 bedroom house with much more than we would of had for the same price we would of paid for this trash apartment. DONT SETTLE FOR LESS! I feel bad for anyone that lives here, renting in California is difficult right now but whatever you do, research and make sure you know exactly what your paying for.

Why my rent is increased to the same level of new commer. If I sign a new contract by 02/11/16, my rent will be at least $840 for 10-months contract as same as a new person who selects one of two 1-bedroom to be available by mid-02/2016. I am living here almost 3 yrs. now.
