  Warning: Avoid Park Place! This building has bed bugs, cockroaches, water damage, and mold. I reported a wet ceiling and damp carpet in March 2024, but management did nothing. When I called Code Enforcement, Park Place retaliated with harassment and eviction notices that were later dismissed. The property is not up to code and unsafe for seniors. The dining room food is poor, and the laundry room is filthy. Don’t trust the 3-star rating—management pressures residents to post fake 5-star reviews. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay away from Park Place.

  It's not all that it pretend to be. I warn you. They charge us senior citizens $278 for ONE MEAL & THEY DO NOT MAKE SURE THE FOOD ISN'T PREPARED FOR "HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE CLIENTS AT ALL NOR CALORIE COUNTING. They do give US a full course MEAL. THEY DON'T have a variety of different types of meals. Also they give Us a hour to between 1 p.m to 2 p.m To call an place a order, but we can't pick It up, because "THE CHEF DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT." I CHECKED WITH HUD AND FOUND OUT THAT IT THEM THAT'S RUNNING THE PLACE. BECAUSE UNDER "HUD" DON'T HAVE THEM KIND IMPLEMENTS. That's the Chef 👨‍🍳 being SLEAZY......HE SAID IT SLOWS HIM UP..
