- GVGerry Vinces6 days ago2.0I’ve had a generally okay experience living here, but there are some noticeable areas for improvement. One ongoing issue has been deliveries. My building number is only visible from inside the building, unlike most others in the community. This has caused frequent confusion for delivery drivers, leading to missing packages and a lot of time spent trying to track them down or return items. Another concern is maintenance communication. I submitted a work request for a dishwasher issue and never received a response or follow-up. I eventually fixed the problem myself and notified management, but still heard nothing back. It gives the impression that maintenance requests aren’t being actively monitored. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to live, but better building signage and more consistent communication from management would significantly improve the experience.
