  The facility is in a safe and good location logistically. With the addition of the 5th Street Market has been great! The staff treat you like family.

  I’ve had a generally okay experience living here, but there are some noticeable areas for improvement. One ongoing issue has been deliveries. My building number is only visible from inside the building, unlike most others in the community. This has caused frequent confusion for delivery drivers, leading to missing packages and a lot of time spent trying to track them down or return items. Another concern is maintenance communication. I submitted a work request for a dishwasher issue and never received a response or follow-up. I eventually fixed the problem myself and notified management, but still heard nothing back. It gives the impression that maintenance requests aren’t being actively monitored. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to live, but better building signage and more consistent communication from management would significantly improve the experience.

  Heidi Woods has been a huge help in guiding me through the renting process and answering all of my questions thoroughly during my application. She was communicative, responsive, and overall a joyful person to talk to during my walk through. I’ve since started renting here and am extremely excited! Location is perfect for work in downtown, is adjacent to a park, and provides a great atmosphere.
