- GSGarrett Simpson1 day ago1.0Management hasn't stopped the duplicate charges on my rent for the past 7 months and the shower has infrequent hot/cold water despite multiple maintenance requests resulting in the "problem being resolved". I wouldn't recommend renting here and if you do, pay close attention to your bill.

In future, it would be ideal if: (1) we knew approximately how many days/weeks the wait would be, and (2) were notified a bit beforehand that the maintenance person was going to arrive on a given day. Those are small things, and perhaps not possible, I realize.
