  DONT DO IT!!!! Do not move your family or yourself here! It seem & appears pleasant enough but looks are deceiving….. From the 1st day it started off with problems, did our walk through and there were several things that needed fixing immediately. The same night the electricity went out from the master bedroom to the garage. Had to wait till next day as on call maintence didn’t know about the wiring, maintence came for two days till they finally called a professional.a day or two latter I had to put in a work order for the washing machine & microwave and dishwasher. The dishwasher still had dragnet water at the bottom (was never addressed) the microwave glass kept sliding out. (Maintence used some type of “tape” to hold it up, and the washing machine quit. As they were walking out with the machine to replace it with a new machine, they left the very old and very filthy catch plate that goes under the machine, they were about to put the new one on top of it without cleaning it! I had to address that and the maintenance guy manned “Jeffery” told my cousin that he could clean it himself! And kept the pan in there anyway! Problems continued through 4months, a lot of work orders were not addressed yet maintence filled out the order as “completed” my main issue was the air conditioning……. Ther were at LEAST 7 work orders made and nothing done to “fix” the problem! Triple degree temperatures going on and not one time wee we ever able to cool down the apartment! If I’m paying $2,300 for an apartment, I expect to have everything in working order and properly! I had electricity bills from $200-350 a month to experiment upon the advice of maintence! Nothing got resolved! The maintence guy Jeffery is something else, very bad attitude and non communicative. The only great thing there was the office personal. They were the most helpful girls. The company that owns this and others are garbage! They will ride it out for your money! The tenants are literally leaving this place. If I had checked the reviews from jump…… I never would have considered a place that get 3.5 stars consistently! That was on me for dropping the ball! And watch the “owner” reply to this one with surprise and utter regret….. Delta Point is not worth what they charge! At all!

  Mold is an issue here. Things are always breaking down. Rodent problem, outdated appliances they refuse to replace. Faulty electrical wiring.
