  I spoke to Kayla about my heater needing maintenance. She handled the issue immediately. Maintenance came out and fixed it in a timely manner and I am happy with the outcome.

  "Just Don't"...."Just Don't"...Lived there for a number of years...first few were good, had a great front office and maintenance crew...then the Delta Point Co. sent all there rejects to run the front office...then all the maintenance crew couldn't deal with all the idiots in the office...so they all left cause they had a 4 month backup on maintenance calls...and the front office would not get them any help....then I had an invasion of baby snakes in both my apartments which was a 1 bedroom close Garden Highway on the ground floor and then I moved to a 2 bedroom across from my 1 bedroom....no help from the office, they looked at me and said...what do you want us to do about, so I got a small baggie and put half dozen in the bag and dropped them off on there desk then they decided to do something about the issue....or maybe it was when I told them I would save all my snakes and drop them off to there office....to cars being set on fire and broken in...to gun shots, to constant problems with the homeless, had my bike stolen from the back patio and $100 of meat stolen from my freezer in my garage that was locked...to my 2 little Chihuahua's being attacked by loose Pit bulls...and the front office new who they belonged to but never did anything about until I called the Police and then they acted like it was the first time they heard of it. I had 4 major floods in my 2 bedroom cause by up stair neighbors and next door neighbors....each time I could not use one of bedrooms and or 1 of my bathrooms to even part of my kitchen....of course never got compensated or and apology...even when some of the damage was caused by the maintenance crew who left water running or not turned off while installing dishwasher, water heater , etc....maybe it has gotten better, I understand that the front office can only do so much....but just tell your tenants the truth and don't lie to them with a smile on your face

  The rent here is way too high n something always going wrong they barley answer the phone also rent changes every month not feeling that at all …… the late fee thing is all over the place….. just not worth it looking for another place n the process of me typing this not satisfied the begin NOT anymore

  Can't wait to move in! So looking forward to moving in! Ameneded review: Have been here for 3? years, and love it! Great neighbors, quiet, and love my garage! They have been busy doing upgrades/clean-up of the property. Lookin' good! And staff is great. Never had a problem with not hearing back from someone if I ever had a concern. And the only bugs we have ever seen is the usual spiders during spider season and ants. But the pest control guy does a great job at keeping them at bay. Will continue to ,live here.
