- MPMichael PayneJun 15, 20213.0Beautiful homes located close to downtown. Exterior designs are quaint and high quality. Incredibly close to a new shopping center. Walking distance to light rail and sac city college. Sales staff confused. Didn't seem honest with us. We were looking at some blue prints that had been left on a table in the sales office, and the sales lady literally grabbed them and told us we couldn't look at them. Odd!
