  Christina is one of the best Property Managers that you could ask for. She always tries to take care of her tenants and keeps the apartments in great shape. Highly recommended!

  Living at Corabel Apartments, I have seen many amazing changes. Before, there were several things that needed to be fixed, but Christine has truly been on top of everything and has worked hard to make Corabel look nice and welcoming. I can clearly see the improvements that have been made. Maintenance requests are being handled and completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Communication and scheduling have also been easy and convenient to work with. Although the office is not always open, you can send an email or call and speak with an operator who is helpful and ready to assist with any issues. Christine is upbeat, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her residents. Overall, I’m very pleased with the positive changes and the effort being put into the community.

  Christina is such a joy to have as a property manager. I really hit the jackpot of PMs. This is my first apartment and she has made it a very comfortable experience tending to every maintenance request with no hesitation. -Noraya

  I have lived here for almost 13 years and my experience has been that the maintenance is very good (yay Al!) the management is compassionate and hard working and so far I’ve had almost 100% good experiences with everyone here. This is a lovely little community. I would like to especially mention Christina and Desirea who really get things done around here and really care very much about us the residents. I will probably be here for some time to come.
