Their technicians will run you over! Someone in a white work truck with this company tried to run me off the road while I was biking in Downtown Sacramento. Absolutely unacceptable. This was on 14th st at H st northbound on Jun 26th at 3:03 pm.

Simply the worst, unprofessional bunch of clowns that work here. Cannot even get a hold of our contact point to discuss issues with our building. Absurd customer service.

Heath Kastner has to be one of the most unprofessional ... unresponsive... inadequate...etc... person that I've ever dealt with on a professional level. He doesn't return phone calls and barely returns emails. He kept me lingering for weeks in regards to leasing a small retail space that had been sitting vacant in Fairfield for months. My initial contact with him he was the one that actually suggested the space. I agreed that the space was a better fit for my small retail business. He went on vacation.. no secondary contact to follow up with ... then submittted everything that he asked.. then I was told there was a personnel change and he didn't know who to submit to so " it will tKe longer and stay tuned"... ridiculous...
I have been trying to secure this space for weeks. Then solicited help from a local realtor and she got the runaround. I truly believe that he is inept and not professional enough to handle properties. I believe to be discriminated against due to the color of my skin. There's no other reason... offered a solid proposal and literally had a person working against me (Heath) instead of trying to help me.
Oh yes I almost forgot... realtor contacted me today and stated that per Heath "my intent expired in 7 days and I will need to resubmit and wait an additional 30 days.... Heath never discussed timeframes with me at all... form you own conclusion. I was definitely discriminated against. Very disappointed!

Want to warn anyone thinking about working with Jon Shultz CBRE. We had dealings with him and he was dishonest, deceptive and purposely mislead us to get a large sum of money from us. He is a low life that does anything to profit and was comfortable with lying and apparently can sleep at night knowing we felt deceived.
