  My family and I had lived in Castlehill apartments for around 7 years. 1 for 6 yrs and the other for 1 yr The apartments we rented weren't in great shape when we moved in but weren't to picky. We should have taken pictures when we moved in because when it came time to move out its like they renovated the place on are pocket we had paid a deposit and they want more to pay for stuff that was not in good condition when we moved in we had to clean the place are selves the apartments where not painted very well still holes to patch and patch that has not been painted. We cleaned the apartment well when we moved out. And they are wanting more money for stuff we should not have to pay for. Like repainting the whole apartment and new carpet the carpet was fine it stunk because the last tenants had dogs and they just slapped new carpet over the dog mess did not fix the problem properly. The carpet was in good shape. We fill like we are getting targeted and wrongfully charged. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

  Jennifer is an excellent prooerty manager she has done alot for me and she is patient with me because i get 😓 nervous. Marty is the most excellent and quick to do maintainence he does superb job best maintainence man we have had on the property and i have been here. Since the jurassic period marty has a great sense of humor. Too sincerly kathy
