Niesa and Chloe were amazing. Niesa first showed me the apartments. She was professional, kind, and very informative. Even though I originally signed up to view a 1 bedroom, she took the time out of her day to show me other options as well. She answered all of my many many questions. She was fun to talk to and made me enjoy the tour and the property. I visited again a month later and Chloe helped me out. She was also professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered my parents questions and provided endless information on all of the promotions going on in the complex. These two agents were a pleasure to work with ♡

I am writing this because I am extremely disappointed in the staff at Alira in Sacramento. My daughter moved in about a year and a half ago and has had multiple problems. The rent is $3380 for a 2 bedroom apartment in a luxury building, but we have to pay for lightbulbs to be replaced! I am not sure if this is even legal in California. The girls in the office, including Chloe were super rude to me and my daughter on the phone today. Instead of answering a simple question, she yelled and told me she wouldn’t tolerate my inappropriate behavior. I was asking a simple question about whether the rent could be paid with an American Express account. They couldn’t answer that and were super rude. I am not sure if they need more training or are just super unhappy and miserable in their life and job, but something has to change. If you are the owner and are reading this, I would be ashamed and embarrassed of your staff. Do better Alira.

I just moved to Alira apartments and i have never had such an amazing, easy process moving. Jade made the process so easy and she made me feel so welcome. The management went above and beyond. My apartment is beautiful, modern and I absolutely love everything about it. I am so grateful I have found my new home. I really can’t wait to swim in the salt water pool this summer. Jade also has monthly fun events that bring all of the neighbors together so I’m looking forward to meeting some new friends. Can’t say enough good things about Alira apartments. 5+ and more.
Alira is honestly a vibe. The apartments are modern, clean, and actually feel nice to live in. Not that fake “luxury” stuff. Tons of natural light, good layouts, and the place just feels put together. The amenities are a big win too — pool, gym, rooftop spots — and people actually use them, which says a lot.
The Natomas location is clutch if you drive. Everything’s close, freeway access is easy, and it’s super convenient day-to-day. Staff and maintenance have been solid and responsive, which makes life way easier.
Yeah, rent isn’t cheap, but for Natomas, this is one of the better options out there. If you want a clean, modern place that feels a little elevated without constant headaches, Alira is it. 💯
This has been an unpleasant living experience overall. While the apartment looks nice at first, the finishes are cheaply made. The flooring is already scratched up, which is disappointing.
The biggest issue is the noise. You can hear everything from upstairs neighbors, including kids running, people walking in the hallways, TVs, doors closing, even cabinets being shut, but the worst is having a Heavy foot upstairs neighbor who stomps every time they walk. The noise level is extremely frustrating. I’ve contacted management multiple times about this and all they can say is “we can’t control stepping” or “we recommended floor mats and house slippers” lol or I didn’t receive any follow up as they stated, bottom line the flooring is cheap.
Unless you plan on living on the 4th floor, I would not recommend moving here. That’s probably the only way you’ll get some peace and quiet. The gym and pool are nice, but that’s honestly the only positive. I’m counting down the days until my lease is up.
