  I have lived here for over 20 years and Christina is the BEST manager I have ever had. She is proactive and responds immediately on work orders. She works with me scheduling repairs and maintenance. There was a leak from the apartment above me a couple of years ago in the bathroom. I had a slit in the ceiling and a big water stain. It was not repaired until Christina became manager. She walks the complex, her door is always open when she is on-site and she listens to me if I have concerns. I appreciate everything she has done to make Corabel Lane Apartments a place I want to live.🙂

  Our property manager, Christina, is a breath of fresh air in this community. She has a consistently thoughtful approach to all the needed improvements here. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to ensure residents feel acknowledged and respected. She is approachable, responsive, and generous with her time, and we are truly fortunate she is our manager!

  This review is for my manager, Christina. She was always hands-on always there when needed she definitely you know aim to please her tenants. And keep a nice safe, happy environment for everyone to be comfortable living in she makes the kids feel welcomed and I just appreciate her as a manager during my time there . Thank you, Christina

  Living at Corabel Apartments, I have seen many amazing changes. Before, there were several things that needed to be fixed, but Christina has truly been on top of everything and has worked hard to make Corabel look nice and welcoming. I can clearly see the improvements that have been made. Maintenance requests are being handled and completed in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Communication and scheduling have also been easy and convenient to work with. Although the office is not always open, you can send an email or call and speak with an operator who is helpful and ready to assist with any issues. Christina is upbeat, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her residents. Overall, I’m very pleased with the positive changes and the effort being put into the community.
