  The management team is outstanding. I moved in during November 2025 and needed the process to move very quickly. The manager went above and beyond to ensure my application was processed promptly and efficiently, allowing me to move in without delay. I arrived to a spotless apartment featuring new carpet, a new washer and dryer, a new kitchen sink, and overall excellent tenant hospitality. The level of care and professionalism truly made the transition smooth and stress-free. Thank you all for such a positive experience.

  The apartments seem charming at first, especially online. I had nothing but issues since the moment of applying. I should have taken that as a sign. I had a dog that I was trying to register on the lease and it took almost 30 days for my dog to be approved and my move-in date got pushed back three different times as I was living out of boxes. The day I went to pick up my keys I was told that it shouldn’t have taken more than three days for my dog to be approved. The apartment itself is very nice for the price you’re paying but everything outside of that was not the best experience. The complex and community was nothing but a headache. Dumpster pick up doesn’t seem to come as frequent as it should. They were always full unless it was the same day that they would get emptied. In the summertime there were cockroaches running a round. I have a dog myself and it seemed like I was one of the very few dog owners that actually carried poop bags and cleaned up after my dog. The dog park gets treated like a bathroom and if my dog wanted to play ball or run around in the park, I’d always have issues with her stepping in poop. The complex provides waste bags but when they run out, it can take a few days for the stations to be refilled at which point the yard fills up with waste because no one has the supplies to pick up after their own animal. Parking is annoying if you come later in the afternoon. The spots are small and no one gives a crap about your car. I have so many scratches and missing paint on both sides of my car. My car got broken into a few months after moving in, and when I asked how to go about getting the security footage as there’s cameras around the complex, I was told that I needed to file a police report. I did that and called them back a second time in which I was told that their cameras haven’t been working for a few days. I was also told that not every complex has cameras so it is a perk that they even have them up. It isn’t a perk when they don’t even work and you can’t even use them when in need. I ended up putting up my own security cameras. Some of the people that live there don’t seem to care that they have neighbors and act like they live in their own house. There have been so many disturbances from people who are inconsiderate and when I have called to complain, nothing gets done about it. I had two separate neighbors that constantly had DV disturbances and I had called security and 911 multiple times with no changes. Lots of sleep was lost and a lot of stress caused. I got to the point where it didn’t even feel like home and it wasn’t even peaceful inside of my apartment. There were times when I couldn’t even hear my own TV in my living room because my neighbor constantly had their surround sound on. Lastly, there was different staff in the office during my move out process compared to my move-in process and a lady in the office (didn’t catch her name) was rude multiple times and spoke to me like I was stupid when I can fully comprehend. I received four different notices to enter during my last 2-3 weeks living there and I made arrangements for my dog and not once did they come to do my move out inspection. My move out inspection was done after my move out date and when I got my itemized receipt, I was charged for items that were “broken” when I moved in. There were also things that I was charged for that I put work order tickets in to be fixed and they either weren’t fixed because there were other things for them to do in the apartment or it wasn’t fixed correctly and “broke” again. I’m not going to keep putting work order tickets in for the same thing as I don’t want people constantly coming and going from what’s supposed to be my home. Decent apartment for the price, not a calm and relaxing community.

  I’ve have a couple things that needed fixing and the maintenance supervisor was quick and kept me informed on if he had to do something different which was awesome 😎
