  Best rental management experience of my life! Melba has gone above and beyond every step of the way, even before I ask her to. She’s friendly, energetic, professional, and is always happy to help with anything that is asked of her. She and Marty, the maintenance man, have fantastic communication with each other and with the residents, so any and all issues that might arise are sure to get tended to in a very prompt manner. The grounds themselves are always clean and quiet, and very well maintained. This has been a fantastic community for myself and my child, and I can’t recommend Castle Hill enough. Thank you, Melba, for making us feel at home from the very start!

  I’ve had a good experience living at Castle Hill Apartments. The community is quiet, well-kept, comfortable and the location is convenient. The unit layout is nice and clean, and maintenance has been responsive when needed. Melba is very professional, friendly and accommodating whenever I need something. A solid place to live with only minor areas for improvement, like updating the laundry room, washers are very small.

  I’ve been a resident here for 10 years. We have gone through many managers. The one we have now is malba, she has made great improvements and has been quick to address any issue that I’ve had with my apartment. She has always been quick to notify me with any delays. She has worked to keep our living experience a peaceful and respectful one. Every time my wife and I talk to her we are always greeted with a smile and friendliness. I’ve seen her keeping herself engaged with our community as if we were her family. Im very impressed
