  The office staff is very helpful and professional. They are quick to answer any questions. We had an easy move in! We love the area and the trees around the complex. Lots of food and shopping near by!

  Looked at apartments over 10 weeks ago and was approved. They changed the price of the apartment after we applied and would not return the application fee or the refundable deposit. Per California tenant laws, I have the right to a refund of the application fee if the price is changed after we apply. They claim I changed the move in date - not true as my move in date did not change. Dezanae then said it was “the market” fluctuations; also false. This is not the case once the application is submitted. Scott commented here but has not followed through. A complain has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. As of 3/30, over 2 months since my payment was taken and the fee was promised to be returned by Dezanae, I had not received a response from Scott, FPI management or a refund. Next steps will be civil court for “bad faith retention” of my deposit. 4/16 Heard from Scott 4/3 admitting a refund is owed. To date I have not received the refund or answers to emails and voice messages to FPI management or Scott.

  Lived here for 3 years. The first two years management was outstanding. The last year was a downgrade due to new management. Maintenance always super nice. All together we enjoyed our time here, good location, good amount to do nearby. I would recommend overall.

  Thank you so much micayla for every help . I moved from out of state she guided me through every step and gave me surety for everything. The apartments are best in this area with this price . Everything is near by .
