  I have been living in these apartments for a very long time. I love it here these apartments are so spacious, I really enjoy my super large patio with a little yard adjacent to it. I have very good neighbors. The management is great, Deserea T. She is a great person she's very respectable, professional always greet you with a smile easy to talk to. She's a keeper.

  I don’t normally write bad reviews but this time I’m making an exception. I moved out at the end of September and spent three days in total cleaning the apartment to the property management specifications only to get sent a $81 dollar check like wow. The money isn’t the real issue here. Sure I’d like my full security deposit back who wouldn’t. The bigger story here is the property manager Jennifer. What can I say about her. Considering she lives onsite, She just plain rude and not personable, she doesn’t care about her long term tenants that pay on time and don’t cause any problems, and since she’s taken over management the property has become more and more dilapidated and unsafe. In addition, the new tenants that she has brought into the property have lead to more break-ins and thefts. The mailbox got broken into twice in one week, same with the laundromat and a couple cars as well. She never gives advance notice for any work that’s being done on the property like water shut offs, lock changes etc and instead gives notice the day of and after people have gone to work. Again, I personally cleaned the hell out of my apartment and I left it cleaner than when I moved into it and yet still get penalized even though I’ve always acted professionally with her. Thanks! One positive thing though, maintenance guy Lonnie is a good guy and did his job well and deserves a five star and the owners did make a point to take care of all maintenance issues. I initially wanted to give a 1 star review but after careful review of my experience there, I think a 3 star rating is fair.

  I've lived here at the Arden Palms Apartments for almost 1 Year now. Still an awesome environment to live , the other residents and kibd and friendly, and the management( Shelby and Jennifer) are sper friendly and down to earth. Shelby has stepped in for the last few months for Jennifer, and I personally thank you for a very personable, friendly and most important professional manager.

  I have been living here for just over 6 months. I must say in the time I've been here the experience has been nothing less than fantastic! Management is amazing, extremely professional, handled any and all of my concerns quickly. The property is very well maintained on a daily basis. There is a real sense of community here, with friendly neighbors that lookout for each other and the property. The 24 hour laundry room is super convenient and perfectly maintained as well. The property is in a prime location next to everything you could possibly need. Over-all there's not a day that goes by where I'm not proud to call Arden Palms my home.

  Terrible place to live. Manager rude and never gets anything done. I'm glad we are in a safer place to live. I feel sorry for anyone who lives under her roof😲
