  This place feels like home already! I went to tour The Villas at Rowland Heights with my mother the other day. The staff was super nice and they answered everything I asked no pressure at all. I toured with Karla and she was fantastic. The whole community looks really good the landscaping is nice and everything feels clean and peaceful even tho its close to the freeway and shops. The pool area is awesome with a jacuzzi and grill to BBQ. Everything seemed well taken care of and secure. We are seriously thinking about living here it’s a great spot overall. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good apartment in a peaceful, senior community!

  The office staff Raymundo, Carol and Karla are so helpful and friendly each time we go visit. Beautiful property to walk around!

  The setting is elegant, and it is very convenient for daily living—supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. I really like it.
