I’m writing this review after experiencing multiple ongoing issues with this property management. A while ago, my rent was charged twice from my account due to an apparent system or processing error. This caused a chain of financial issues for me, including overdraft-related fees from my bank and additional charges related to my car payment being impacted. When I reached out for support, I did not ask for anything beyond a simple written confirmation acknowledging that the double charge was an error on their side, so I could provide it to my bank. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that the payment system was a “third-party application” and therefore not their responsibility. There was no acknowledgment of the issue, no apology, and no willingness to provide even basic documentation confirming the error. More recently, I experienced another unresolved issue involving appliance replacement in my unit, where I also requested proper technical documentation and explanations, which were not provided. What concerns me most is not just the issues themselves, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication when problems occur. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves how resident concerns are handled in the future.

This isn’t a one‑star review — it’s a zero‑star experience. The Preserve at Creekside put my mom and I through a three‑month application process that went absolutely nowhere. We paid the required fees, submitted every document, and were repeatedly told everything looked fine. Then, after months of waiting, we were suddenly rejected due to “employment verification complications” that should have been identified on day one. The entire process felt unprofessional, dismissive, and left us feeling discriminated against. It was a complete waste of our time, money, and emotional energy. Based on how we were treated, I would not recommend applying here - period.

e have lived here for one year, and I can say that this place is very expensive. They charge for many things, including air filter replacement and garbage valet. When we first moved in, we were told that our unit came with a garage. I paid for the garage for a full year, even though I rarely used it because I am often out of town. And when am back, the next door car is already occupying my space. The garage is too tight anyway. Recently, I found out that the garage I have been paying for has been rented to someone else.we are paying for the same garage. And when I asked for a refund for at least the last month, it was ignored. We were still charged a prorated rate. I have sent multiple emails about this issue but have not received a resolution. The office staff were accommodating but no direct answers to my query. We did not renew our lease here. The place is close to the train station and often times, I fear of theft and burglary. Our neighbors wheels were stolen overnight. Our traffic cone for the reserve parking went missing. There is not enough parking for visitors. Will not recommend this place

The short review; avoid living here. It's too expensive and the problems are absolutely ridiculous and comical. The detail oriented review; still, avoid living here. I have lived here for a little under 5 months and have seen a slew of problems that started right from when I did my first walk through. I called this place multiple times to set an appointment and nobody picked up the phone. I emailed this place and was able to get a response after a few days. The tour of the place was nice showcasing a lavishly decorated demo apartment with amenities that were shown but weren't even in my apartment which would include a fireplace, and nice countertops to name a few. The only modern amenity my apartment got was a Nest thermometer. For internet, your only options are Tmobile and Xfinity (no fiber). I was shown parking and told I even got my own spot, which turned out to be a lie as well. I have 2 cars and wanted a garage to protect one of my cars. During the initial walkthrough, I wasn't shown the garage but was promised a video to see the garage. This video was never sent, but I paid to get the garage because I wanted safety and covering for my vehicle. As the months go by I start to see even more problems. The garbage dumpsters are always at capacity and are way to small for what they need to hold. The maintenance people love to play with the leaf blowers in autumn; atleast twice a week in the early morning. Lets say you live in a 2 bedroom apartment, and have a garage, you don't get another spot, so your roommate or yourself have to roll the dice on Parking when you get home from work or wherever. The management team posts memos on my door telling me I short on rent when I pay the rent early and in full in their portal. They also like to tell tenants the day before via email or cute little letters about not being able to park in certain places due to maintenance. If you're out of town, you're SOL and will get your car towed. They have some parking spots that has little overhangs on them; they are unstable and had to close one off as it was falling over. There is dog feces EVERYWHERE. I haven't even talked about the best part; the theft. Within 1 month of living here I had seen atleast 4 cars have there wheels stolen and their cars left on bricks or siting on the ground. I myself on my 5th month of living here had my car BROKEN INTO AND I PARK IN A GARAGE I PAY FOR. They claim they have security patrolling but in the 5 months I have lived here I have never ever seen security. Lastly, with everything stated above we come to the price. A 2 bedroom on the first floor will set you back $2,100-$2,500 a month depending on your utility usage which is Bay Area prices in Roseville (a suburb of Sacramento). Overall; this has been the absolute worst living experience I have ever had
