  I have been a resident at Park Place Apartments for 4 years. It's located in a nice residential area that is close to lots of shopping, banks restaurants, parks, and schools. The apartment complex is very clean, and continuously manicured by landscapers. It is a peaceful and safe place to live. Park Place offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments which have updated interior paint, lighting fixtures, and safety equipment. Every front door has a metal screen door attached. My 1 bedroom has lots of cupboard space in the kitchen/bath, 3 hall closets and a bedroom closet. The only item my apartment lacks is a patio/balcony. Each tenant gets 1 parking space and there is plenty of parking for other residents and guests. The Laundry room has updated washers/dryers that are card operated. There's a cute play area for kids right next to it. There is also a picnic table and BBQ. Marlene is a wonderful manager. She was so friendly, helpful and professional during and after my move-in process. I'm amazed at her level of service. She knows all their tenants on a first-name basis, and always makes time for her tenants. Maintenance is excellent. I have only needed a few repairs over the years and they are always prompt and complete their work orders. * Dogs & cats are welcome! I couldn't ask for a better place to live in Roseville.

  Excellent service and very neat and clean appartment complex. It feels like home Plus the director Mrs. Merlyn is remarkably helpful. Highly recommended.

  The property manager Marlene is amazing!! She handles all needs in a very prompt manner and has a huge heart. That makes all the difference in the world. I recommend renting from Park Place. Kelcie Grace Armbruster

  I love living here. The place is well Kept. Marlene is very sweet and helpful . maintenance are on top of everything. Great place to live.

  I was homeless for 10+ years and survived major trauma and I have been living at Park Place Apartments for almost 10 years and I'm thriving and Marlene is part of what I still call my Dream Team and I am grateful everyday for the the support I received from 4 brave woman that supported me and I would give her 10 Stars if I could! Thanks Marlene 💪
