    The condition of these apartments have really gone down hill. They raise the price on you every year with no update to your unit. There is no security and they do but enforce their policies regarding noise and the safety of their tenants. It’s become so loud and dirty! They do not properly vet the tenants they lease to anymore. Sleep is non-existent. At night it becomes unbearably loud from neighbors partying all night and smoking weed. The smell comes through our vents, and they do nothing about it. They will pressure wash the breezeways and stairs only once a year and there are cobwebs everywhere! Just all around in bad, worn out condition.

    Harvest at FIddyment is a beautiful complex that has great amenities and a very friendly staff. I have a 2 br apartment that is spacious and has everything I need.
