  I absolutely love these apartments. The management team is professional and proficient. They handle situations in an extremely timely matter. The maintenance crew is top teir! And they do little events for the community. This is actually the only apartments I’ve lived in that has done that. Since living here they’ve hosted a summer bbq, Santa and Cocoa, Super Bowl/Fathers/Mothers day raffle. 10/10 Definitely recommend

  I rented an apt for my son in Oct 25. When touring the 2 available apts, I had concern with one resident upstairs who appeared drunk at 10 am. I asked about this and expressed concern. I was assured nothing was up and he was a great neighbor. After a hectic move in. Constant harassment and drunk neighbors I gladly moved him out. Apt was left clean. The management charged me over $600 dollars out of my 1,800 deposit. $250 for excessive cleaning for 2 months. Unreal real and unstantative. Apt managers rude. I am honestly shocked. Don’t rent here there are many other more reputable and honest apt complexes in Roseville.

  I’ve had a great experience living here! Maintenance is super quick and always helpful, the management team is amazing, and the community is very quiet and well-kept. It’s been such a comfortable place to call home and I would definitely recommend it!

  This is a great place to live! I've lived here a few years now. The apartments are spacious and beautiful and the location is ideally placed (it's easy to get to a lot of places from here). I love the people in the office, they are always so helpful, kind, and responsive to questions.

  I have been a resident here for going on 5 years now, I have never been committed to a place as long as this place. The reason I have chose to stay here so long is not because of the spacious units, but more importantly the staff. Robyn is AMAZING !!!!! all the staff is polite, and awesome. Anytime there has been an issue they have been right now it, which I don't have many. The place is very quiet even though we have tons of kids here in the community. I love the BBQ pit area by the pool in the Spring and Summer time. It's nice to be close to so many options, but a curse to live right next door to Starbucks hehe.... JK I LOVE that I can walk next door. This is my longest committed relationship Ive had lol Thank you to ALL the Vineyard Gate Staff, I truly appreciate every single one of you guys 🙏🏾🩷
