Raven is the best!
He's the go to guy for maintenance here and he just went out of his way to help me with my car. My car just started to make a horrendous screech, and he came over to help out. I mean the man got on the ground, crawled under my car with flashlight in hand, to help me figure out what was making such a god awful sound. He didn't have to do that, but the fact that he did and offered me advice and made some calls too was just beyond amazing. 12 out 10 service. Above and beyond really.
Concern regarding a decoration hanging from the balcony of the second-floor unit in Building 10. The decoration has been displayed for approximately two months and is visually disturbing and not family-friendly.
This item is clearly visible from common areas and nearby units. Many residents in this community have small children, and several have expressed that their children are frightened by it. As a family-oriented community, this type of display is inappropriate and negatively affects residents’ comfort and sense of safety.
I respectfully request that management address this matter promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with community rules and standards. Timely intervention would be greatly appreciated to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all residents.
Absolute joy and very impressed with the quick response to the work order, after sending only last night! My cousin was there to instruct the team worker of the situation. Great professional and timely work. Thank you!!!!

Pros: location, cleanliness
Cons: skyrocketing rents after move-in, poor AC in the summer
Living here has been mostly great. It's a good location if you like to be in walking distance to live music, movie theaters, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. There were really only two downsides. The first is that the building is older, so windows, doors, etc. let it in a lot of heat during the summer months and the AC system just can't keep up, even though it was just replaced last year. I ended up buying a portable AC for my bedroom to keep it below 80⁰ on summer nights.
The only other issue was the rent increases. They are consistent and fairly large. I've been priced out of my home after a few years of living here, so I unfortunately can't afford to stay and will have to move. That is really my main downside, because I do like living here. I just can't keep up with the constantly rising rents. If you do decide to live here, make sure you can withstand $300 or $400 a month worth of rent increases over the next 4 or 5 years. That would be my only advice. Otherwise, if you have the money, it's a great place to live.
