    Excellent service and very neat and clean appartment complex. It feels like home Plus the director Mrs. Merlyn is remarkably helpful. Highly recommended.

    The property manager Marlene is amazing!! She handles all needs in a very prompt manner and has a huge heart. That makes all the difference in the world. I recommend renting from Park Place. Kelcie Grace Armbruster

    I love living here. The place is well Kept. Marlene is very sweet and helpful . maintenance are on top of everything. Great place to live.

    I was homeless for 10+ years and survived major trauma and I have been living at Park Place Apartments for almost 10 years and I'm thriving and Marlene is part of what I still call my Dream Team and I am grateful everyday for the the support I received from 4 brave woman that supported me and I would give her 10 Stars if I could! Thanks Marlene 💪
