  Albert, one of the maintenance workers here, came and fixed our garbage disposal the other day. He took out the whole garbage disposal and put a new one in. He worked very fast and efficiently. He was very capable and knowledgeable of the job he did. He also came and unlocked a door for us after we accidentally got locked out. Every time he was here, helping us, he was very polite and made nice conversation with us. We were very grateful for his help and his friendly demeanor when he does his job.

  Willie is the absolute best and always answered all my husband’s and I’s questions with such patience and care! We have lived here for about 2 years and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to live here for our first apartment! Willie seriously deserves the best, we wouldn’t have felt such at home here without his help.

  Deer Valley is a fantastic community! The staff — Willy, Tiffany, Cindy, and Daniel — are all super friendly, professional, and helpful. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
