  Very nice complex, staff is easy to work with & the maintenance crew is quick to handle any issues I’ve had. Would recommend.

  We've lived at Deer Valley for over five years. We find it a safe and secure complex to live in. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of shopping close by. The staff are very responsive to maintenance needs and friendly.

  Albert, one of the maintenance workers here, came and fixed our garbage disposal the other day. He took out the whole garbage disposal and put a new one in. He worked very fast and efficiently. He was very capable and knowledgeable of the job he did. He also came and unlocked a door for us after we accidentally got locked out. Every time he was here, helping us, he was very polite and made nice conversation with us. We were very grateful for his help and his friendly demeanor when he does his job.

  Willie is the absolute best and always answered all my husband’s and I’s questions with such patience and care! We have lived here for about 2 years and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to live here for our first apartment! Willie seriously deserves the best, we wouldn’t have felt such at home here without his help.
