  The apartment complex is nice I have been living here for 4 years now but they really need to install security cameras or have security guards around here. A lot of things are getting stolen I myself lost my bicycle and when I talked to staff about it they said they can’t do anything about it.

  I do not recommend this apartment complex. There are cockroaches everywhere — inside the units and around the neighbors’ places. It’s disgusting and very uncomfortable to live like this. Management does nothing to solve the problem. On top of that, someone stole a car wheel here! It’s not safe, and the situation is only getting worse. Not recommended

  Terrible experience, took a tour of this place a month ago was told challenged credit was ok but they may ask for a bigger deposit if not the full first months rent which was not an issue for me and my spouse to pay. A month later we finally put in an application (3 days ago) paid the $100 fee then we’re told we would only need a guarantor to sign off and paid an additional $35 putting us at $135 just for them to say our guarantor does not qualify and we need to find another one by 12pm tomorrow which would cost another $35 dollar or our application would be canceled. The unit we were interested in was $1630 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, my boyfriend is currently paying over $2500 due to now being on a month to month since January of 2024. He was paying $2400 for a 2 bedroom 1 ba in a newer and more updated complex than autumn oaks but somehow we together don’t qualify for this complex and it’s become a huge hassle. On top of that they are saying our guarantor would need to make 4x the rent for this place. On top of seeing reviews that someone’s tires got stolen off their car in this complex, it’s not a gated community, it’s a very old complex, and apparently there is problems with residences smoking. With those issues I think they should lower their expectations. I would of appreciated if they told us off the bat we did not qualify for the complex instead of giving us the run around, taking us on a tour after we had already sent the application, and then trying to get another $35 off of us for another guarantor applicant.

  I've lived here many years and was moderately satisfied with the apartment complex until the storms the last few years. One of the appealing things about this complex is the trees (because their other amenities are barely passable). They provide much needed shade and homes for local wildlife. However, because the management doesn't properly maintain the trees (trimming branches that are overgrown), the winds cause these branches to come down and cause damage. The managements response to this was to cut down the whole tree rather than trim and maintain them and not replant the trees. Now, there is no shade for us in the California summer to keep our apartment cool. Some rooms get to 90 degrees even with the air conditioner on and blackout shades drawn. It's disappointing and disgusting.
