- JLJadyn LoveDec 31, 20251.0Please read and listen to the bad reviews about this place. DONT MOVE HERE. A couple of months ago my partner and I fell in love with the floor plans and the complex of Autumn Oaks and then it became a nightmare. The day we got the keys to our place I discovered a damp ceiling and mold in one of the rooms. I didn’t feel safe moving in with my partner and my animals because the apartment management refused to admit that there was mold in the unit. They also hadn’t disclosed to us that there was a massive leak in that unit just a couple of months prior where they had to completely replace carpets and what not and I felt like they were trying to downplay everything that was happening. My partner and I had to fight for a refund as we had to quickly find somewhere else to live. They didn’t want to give us a refund as they were again refusing to admit that there was any mold in the unit and the worst part was that they claimed the unit was habitable even though we had the keys for two weeks and couldn’t move in and that room with the mold was sealed off. This issue has since been resolved as upper management (not in the complex office) got involved and they okayed a refund. I appreciate the upper management helping us with this issue but the rest was a complete and utter nightmare and caused so much stress. Please listen to the reviews about bugs and mold and how unsafe the complex is.

A lot of things are getting stolen I myself lost my bicycle and when I talked to staff about it they said they can’t do anything about it.

The maintenance people have been speedy with their responses, work, and do a good job. Just pay your rent and utilities on time and you'll love living here. -Update took off a star because they took our entire security deposit for the littlest amount of dirt. Took 2 weeks to clean the apartment and they took the entire deposit and we owe $30. Kind of a bitter end to over a year spent here.. good experience overall

It was nice and quite, maintenance was on top of any work the apartment needed, and the office staff was very prompt in getting back to me if I had any questions or concerns. There was a slight issue regarding move-out charges, but Melanie was very attentive and professional in handling the matter. Everything was taken care of quickly and she kept me informed of what was going on throughout the entire process. I'm truly impressed and blown away by her management skills and I can't thank her enough for all of her help! I would recommend this community to any of my friends and family! Thanks Melanie!!
