Not very happy with this apartment complex at all I payed a $200 holding deposit and ended up getting denied so I was told my money would be returned to my bank account in a couple of days. Fast forward 3 days later I called back and a leasing agent informed me I would get it back in 21 days which would’ve been December 31st. And guess what still no holding deposit. So I called the leasing office again and was told I have to wait 21 business days and because of the holidays it might take a little longer. When the law states an apartments can’t hold your holding deposit for more than 21 days and that’s including holidays and weekends. (per California Civil Code § 1950.5. This deadline includes weekends and holidays). Today is Jan 9th and my holding deposit still hasn’t been sent back… they have had my deposit for 29 days now. Please think before paying a deposit or even thinking about moving in here seems like they don’t follow the laws and rules. Great leasing agents through haven’t had a problem with them yet.

Terrible apartments , the management has changed 6 times in three years , the people who work there do nothing when they do not answer the phone , and then they say you did not call . When I left, they couldn't return the deposit for two months! I went every week and demanded to return the money, they just laughed that we sent it two months ago, and when I received the check with the deposit, the date was that they wrote it out two days ago, liars. On New year's Eve, the heating was needed for 2 days, they couldn't fix it, they said we had a weekend off . The pool is beautiful , the Jacuzzi is dirty ! The gates are constantly broken . Avoid this complex

Terrible experience with this apartment complex! Backstory: I recently signed a 1-year lease at this apartment complex with my sister and her family but only stayed for 2 months since we decided to move to Austin instead. We paid the lease-break (buyout) fee, which was equivalent to about 2 months of rent. A month after moving out, we received a move-out statement that included a $649 repainting fee—even though we had only lived there for 2 months. I emailed asking for an explanation and supporting documentation, but the leasing office couldn’t provide anything I requested. Sarah, the assistant leasing agent, only sent me a price list brochure from the vendor they claimed to use—no actual receipts, photos, or proof of repainting. After escalating the issue to the property manager, they eventually waived the fee. Still, the experience was stressful and frustrating. If you plan to rent here, tread lightly—and make sure to take plenty of pictures and document everything when you move in and out, in case they try to charge unexpected or unjustified fees.

The leasing agents inside were horrible trying to get a hold of. I applied and had a holding deposit for one of the apartments and was told I was denied because of fraudulent documents and when I said there weren’t any documents that were forged I was told to look at the adverse action email if I had any further questions. I didn’t even get my holding deposit back. Would not recommend.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience Living in this condominium has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here's an honest account of the recurring issues: 1. Lack of Security: The entry gates are practically broken and constantly being forced open by people. There is absolutely no sense of security here. I’ve had to call the police multiple times due to people attempting to break into my car. In one incident, my windshield wipers were even stolen! 2. Xenophobic Behavior: My family and I, as foreigners, have faced consistent xenophobia from neighbors and even from the office staff. The treatment is anything but friendly, and it’s clear we are being unfairly targeted and harassed. 3. Trash Issue: Trash is often left near my door by others, and instead of addressing the issue, the office attempts to blame us without evidence. I’ve reported this problem multiple times, provided photos, and even sent emails, but the office remains unhelpful and dismissive, shifting the responsibility onto us. 4. Unprofessional Management: The staff at the office is incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. Rather than creating a welcoming and supportive environment, they exacerbate problems and make tenants feel unwelcome. This place is not worth the stress or the rent. If you value safety, respect, and professionalism, look elsewhere.
